Q: What is an affiliate program? How does it work?
An affiliate program is a revenue sharing program where the affiliate (that's you!) drives traffic to our website in exchange for referral commissions. We’ll track all your referrals and pay you according to our generous payment scales.

Q: Who can participate?
Just about anyone can participate. Whether you run a large commercial web site, a small personal blog, a non-profit site, or anything in between, you are welcome to apply to join the program. We also welcome owners of opt-in e-mail newsletters.

Q: I am not an International/non U.S. citizen, can I still participate?
Since Merchant Warehouse can only provide merchant services to U.S. businesses, we welcome any affiliate that targets our audience. However all international/non U.S. affiliates are required to submit a W-8BEN in order to become approved and to be paid.

Q: Does it cost anything to participate?
No! It is 100% free to join the Merchant Warehouse Affiliate Program.

Q: How do I get started?
Step 1: Sign up here!

Step 2: We manually review all applications. Once your application is approved, we will send you a confirmation email with your login information to our resource center. Here you will have access to all the tools you’ll need to start sending us traffic.

Step 3: Login to the Merchant Warehouse Affiliate Program Resource Center to get your affiliate banners and/or text link and post it on your site.

Step 4: Send us your payment information so we’ll know where to send the money!
Step 5: Collect your commissions.

Q: I'm signed up, now what?
If your application has been approved, you should have an email from us with your login information for our Affiliate Resource Center. This email was sent to the email address you provided when you signed up. Log in to get access to all the available marketing tools and tips. Choose the tools you would like to use and place them on your website to get started.

Q: How do I post a banner ad, logo, or link to my website?
Once you are approved and signed in to our Affiliate Resource Center, go to the Marketing Tools library. Select the marketing tool you would like to use on your site, click the link below the tool to get the custom html code for it, and simply copy and paste the custom piece of html (includes tracking) into the source code of your site. This code will reference the tool you chose and place it on your website. It is important that you do not alter this code, as it contains the tracking parameters we use to attribute your leads to your affiliate account. Q: How does your tracking system work?
With our advanced tracking methodology, Merchant Warehouse affiliates can earn more revenue from their approved merchant account customer referrals. The designated phone lines we offer each of our affiliates will track any phone calls that come in and will automatically attribute those leads to your account. The banner ads, logos, and links are also custom-coded with your Affiliate ID so that leads coming in from those tools will be attributed to your account as well.

Q: How do I earn money?
As an affiliate, we let you choose how you wish to earn money on your referrals.

You can choose to be paid by the lead, which is defined as any new lead entered into our internal CRM system. You can make as much as $25 per lead, and with our sophisticated tracking, we are able to attribute more of your leads to your account than any other affiliate program in our industry.

You can also choose to be paid per new account. In this case, we’ll pay you every time one of your referrals opens up a merchant account with us. You can make as much as $200 per account, and thanks to our tracking abilities, you can rest assured that you’ll get credit for all the new accounts you refer.

Q: When do I get paid?
As a Merchant Warehouse affiliate, you get paid monthly. Earnings are calculated at the end of the month, and payments are processed within 30 days.

Q: I have lost my password. What do I do?
We are working on a more automated system for lost keyword recovery. For now, please email us at affiliate@merchantwarehouse.com from the email account we have on file, and we’ll send you a new password.
